CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

You can return an item or the entire order free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. We do not carry out exchanges via our online Shop, but we encourage you to return the item/s you would like to exchange and then place a new order with the desired items. Please note that underwear and fragrances which have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.


IS THERE A CHARGE FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

No. We organise your returns free of charge with our carriers.


However, we will not refund any return costs for a package sent by you.


Orders returned from Switzerland, Turkey and Norway are subject to import documentation. Please contact us in order to get the necessary documents.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?


OPTION 1 - LABEL INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE

Simple and convenient, return at a collection point.


  • 1 - Stick the label on your box: the return label is already included in the package (this option is currently not available in Norway, Switzerland and Turkey). Make sure that the address is clearly visible and that no previous barcodes are shown.
  • 2 - Send the parcel by post: Take it to the nearest delivery point, you can find it by following this link.
  • Do not forget that each box will need its own label.


OPTION 2 - CODE ON MOBILE PHONE*

Convenient, secure and reliable - no need to print the label.

Access your order: click here.

  • 1. Pack items carefully. We suggest you reuse the original box and packaging.
  • 2. Select within the order: Track My Order (click on the tracking number)
  • 3. 3. Click on "Find more information about your UPS order".
  • 4. Click on "Return this package" and select the reason.
  • 5. Click "Get Mobile Code".
  • 6. Take your package to a UPS location (search for a location).

* This option is currently not available in Norway, Switzerland and Turkey.



OPTION 3 - HOME COLLECTION

Delivery to collection point or home collection. Requires printing the return label.

Access your order: click here.

  • 1 - Select the order for which you wish to return one or more items and click on "MAKE A RETURN".
  • 2 - The "MAKE A RETURN" link will take you to the website of our courier company, where you can choose between different types of return: take the parcel to a collection point or request a collection from your home. Complete the form with your details to generate your return label.
  • 3 - Download, print the label and stick it on the box. We suggest that you reuse the original box and packaging.

It may take a few days for the return package to be received in our warehouse. Once your parcel has been processed, you will receive an email notification and a refund in your bank account as soon as possible.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

Counting from when your package is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 2 weeks. During the sales season the refund could take more time. We thank you for your patience and understanding. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

Can I return at a store an item that I bought online?

No. Items bought online must be returned via the online store.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

All items shipped from the online store are inspected carefully to avoid such situations. However, if despite this, your item shows faulty manufacture, contact our Customer Service Department . We will make sure that we collect the faulty product and we will refund you promptly.
