1. CHEST

Wrap the tape measure around the broadest part of your chest and across the shoulder, ensuring the tape remains level.

2. COLLAR

Measure around the base of your neck where the collar would sit, keeping a finger between it and the tape measure.

3. SLEEVE LENGTH

Measure from the middle of the back to the bottom of the wrist.

4. WAIST

Find your natural waist and measure around your waistband, ensuring the tape remains level.

5. INSIDE LEG

Measure from the inside of your leg at the crotch, down to where the hem of your trouser will sit, just above the shoe.
