Nowadays we deliver to France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Monaco, Norway, Romania and Turkey.
Please note that, among the countries we deliver to, there are some exceptions: The French DOM-TOMs, The Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla and The Canary Islands. Find out more.
Metropolitan France: 2 business days. Our partner UPS will inform you by email about your order status.
Rest of the countries: 2-5 business days. As we work with different partners, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department to have a customized tracking of your order.
Log in to your customer account, by clicking here. Go to the 'REQUEST NEW RETURN' section and select the order for which you wish to return one or several items. If you don’t have a customer account and you have purchased as a guest, you can access the return form by clicking here.
Once you have completed the form correctly, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions for the return.
