Celebrity chef, Thierry Barot will guide you through the preparation of some signature French meals such as foie gras and game, as well as teach you how to create some Mediterranean-inspired fish dishes using the local offerings. A quick lesson on how to craft some delicious cocktails will conclude your new-found culinary genius.
During a 2 hour lesson, you will prepare a 3 course meal on a specific theme in groups of 5 – 10 people. The cooking course runs from 10am to 12pm daily and costs around 48€.
