With a name like Dagger GT, one expects this car to be more than a little special and with only five being made in 2011, carrying a $450,000 price tag and reaching record breaking speeds of 505km/h, one’s initial suspicions are most definitely proved correct.
TranStar Racing’s latest supercar is closely framed on drag racing technology, in which a normally steel chassis has been replaced by an aluminium one, which makes the car lighter and consequently faster. Although this car’s immense speed capacity is mainly due to it being powered by a 9.4-litre twin turbo, which produces either 2000bhp or 2500bhp.

Let’s face it, business class air travel doesn’t offer much more than slightly more leg room than in economy class, a few free packets of peanuts and an endless supply of drinks. Recognising the need to supply big spending customers with a little more luxury, Cathay Pacific is ‘official five-star airline’ is to launch a new ‘business class seat’.
The ‘business class seat’ is essentially a seat that folds down into a flat bed, allowing clients to lie back and stretch out their legs, before falling asleep and waking up at their destination – oh the joy! Not only does the business class seat provide significantly more legroom room than conventional business class tickets and infinitely more space than the likes of Ryanair, the seat comes equipped with a remote control to adjust its position, as well as for changing the channels of a personal widescreen in-flight entertainment system.

Champagne was in fact discovered in France by accident in the 1700’s in the Champagne region when casks of wine were shipped out from France and the warm weather set off a secondary fermentation during the journey.
A more bizarre story, the traditional champagne glass was in fact invented after Marie Antoinette, who loved a party, decided to cast a wax mold of her breasts and make them into a glass to sip champagne from.
Finally, did you know that there are roughly 44 million tiny bubbles in a bottle of champagne and that a cork will escape a bottle of sparkling wine at 38-40 mph!
