Façonnable And La Botte Gardiane

WHEN TWO ICONIC HOUSEHOLD NAMES STEEPED IN TRADITION JOIN FORCES
THE RESULT IS BOUND TO BE SPECIAL AND UNIQUE

That’s exactly the case with the collaboration between Façonnable and La Botte Gardiane, a high-end French footwear maker, which took off with the Pre-Fall 2012 season and consists of five boots, three for men and two for women, alongside a small belt range.

But these boots are no ordinary accessory because the 53-year-old La Botte Gardiane is the only French manufacturers to cobble true Camargue cowboy boots, primarily using French leathers.

Headquartered in the tiny town of Villetelle, between Nimes and Montpellier, La Botte Gardiane relies on seasoned and skillful artisans, who painstakingly hand cobble all the footwear (the gamut also includes sandals, ankle boots and children’s shoes) that exude that much coveted lived-in air that makes them stand out from the pack.
