Façonnable serves up fall style in the first GQ & Nordstrom Men’s Shop
What happens when one of the most respected luxury retailers in America teams up with the bible of men’s style? Fashion magic. The Nordstrom/GQ pop-up shop in Manhattan brought 50 brands together, including Façonnable, in a curated, cutting-edge concept.
Façonnable’s elegantly rugged Tailored Denim collection was a key part of the masculine mix. Washed chinos, great outerwear, like streamlined zip-front vests, and a smattering of smart crewneck sweaters filled the space on West Broadway.
Called “GQ & Nordstrom Men’s Shop,” the boutique carried accessories, clothing, gadgets and custom-made pieces all selected by GQ creative director Jim Moore and his team, along with Tommy Fazio, men’s fashion director at Nordstrom.
The shop is a stylish precursor to the first Nordstrom New York flagship set to open in 2018. Best part, all profits from the shop will go toward New York City charities.
