The great, the good and the downright gorgeous were out in force in Madrid last week to help Spanish Elle celebrate its 25th anniversary in style. A high-octane red carpet affair, the famed Spanish matador Francisco Rivera Ordóñez as well as the very chic Carlos Pardo, Hearst Spain Managing Director of Publication, looked particularly dapper attending the event dressed head-to-toe in Façonnable Tuxedo suits complete with white shirts and bow ties. A sartorial pose – it’s a look that will be possible to emulate once men’s Holiday pieces hit stores in November. International celebrities like Antonio Banderas and Philippe Starck participated to the event. Of the Spanish sophisticates, models and actresses, Astrid Munoz, and Elettra Rossellini Wiedemann were just two of the many famous faces spotted at the event. Both looked fantastic in striking cocktail dresses that skirted the knee – key dress lengths that will also be highlighted in Façonnable’s upcoming Holiday offering, part of the Blue line. Fashioned in a soft color palette that includes antique rose, powdered pink and smoke black, this sophisticated capsule collection will hit stores just in time for the party season.
