Saint-Tropez, July 2012 - The Façonnable’s Polo Team won second place in the prestigious International Polo Club Saint-Tropez Tournament, one of the most celebrated tournament of the year. The talented team, captained by Nicky Sen and featuring players Patricio Gaynor, Alessandro Balestri de Verrand and Luciano Urbina, electrified the polo fans with their extraordinary swings and impressive horses. In fact, one of the team’s horse, the splendid “Polola” (“girlfriend” in Chilean Spanish) took home first prize for Best Pony of the Tournament.
But it wasn’t just their playing that caught the eye of spectators. The players looked chic in their bespoke Façonnable riding kit. Continuing its rich involvement in the world of sport and sporting events, Façonnable designed exclusive white stretch Façonnable Tailored Denim pants and trim polo shirts for the team.
Yet even the non-players will have a chance to dress like one. Channeling the spirit of the French Riviera, Façonnable reproduced the special edition Saint-Tropez Polo and white polo jeans for its international clientele.
