Façonnable celebrates its First Online Boutique
The upscale fashion brand gathered top digital fashion editors
for a lunch of style and shopping
Ever wonder what it would be like to have a celebrity stylist weigh in on your personal attire and craft a look just for you? We did, and partnered with W Magazine, as well as some of fashion’s top bloggers, to answer that question.
Over a delightful lunch of fried zucchini flowers, Nicoise salad and Sauvignon Sancerre, some of New York’s most stylish BLOGGERS gathered at the Façonnable flagship on 5th Avenue to celebrate the launch of Façonnable’s first online boutique. Even the WAITERS from DUCASSE’S Benoit Brasserie got into the FAÇONNABLE French spirit by donning canvas aprons, specially designed by Façonnable. It was though a bit of Nice, France that was transported to the Big Apple.
Editors from fashion sites Styleite, Refinery29, Fashionista, Fashion Copious as well as fashion bloggers Doshka Harvey and Indigo Clarke exchanged fashion dos and don’ts with celebrity stylist Isabel Dupré. The virtual came to life and so did Façonnable’s inimitable joie de vivre.
W Celebrity Stylist Isabel Dupré selected 13 items from Façonnable’s fall collection, all of which are available on the newly launched e-boutique. Using a chic black trench, a knife pleat skirt, a supple leather jacket, along with other well-crafted feminine items, like a herringbone wool skirt and hooded rain jacket, Dupré put together contemporary fall looks. Steeped in a singular French style, these stylized ensembles are just as much at home in New York and Paris as in Los Angeles and St. Tropez.
