A glamorous VIP rendez-vous!

Façonnable brings a taste of La Dolce Vita to the French Riviera

A triumph in branding and international relations, Façonnable hosted a chic Soirée Italienne-Française this past June at the prestigious Yacht Club de Monaco.

Hundreds of VIP clients of the historic Yacht Club gathered on the club’s beautiful terraces to mingle, sip champagne, nibble on Italian classics and take in a mini fashion show, featuring key pieces from Façonnable’s summer 2010 collection.

A select group of models – four women and two men – showcased Façonnable’s easy, luxurious summer offering. Men looked handsome and relaxed in white Bermuda shorts and lightweight linen chambray shirts. Women, chic, sophisticated and paparazzi-ready, came out in striped cotton shirts, tied at the waist, and tailored linen trousers. They completed the look with wide-brim straw hats and glamorous sunglasses.

Even after the runway show ended, the fashion lingered on. Façonnable’s visual team outfitted the window of the Yacht Club’s boutique with panama hats, pillows embroidered with the words, Yacht Club de Monaco Members Only, and, of course, swim suits.

As the moonlight began to stream down on the yachts in the harbor, guests left the party with a bit of Façonnable to take home. Panama hats with the Façonnable logo were gifted to everyone
